This updated daily trainer is a great option for runners looking for a little extra padding on their long runs thanks to the added 2mm of stack height. The Wave Sky 7 has a unique midsole and is made with two different layers of foam. The top layer is made with premium Mizuno Enerzy Core foam, the softest and most bouncy foam Mizuno has to offer. On the bottom, we have a layer of Mizuno Enerzy foam that's more durable than the top layer with a little more responsiveness as well.
